As a young police officer, Glenn’s life was forever altered when he was hit by a drunk and high driver, leaving him a paraplegic. Through eight months of hospitalization and intolerable pain, Glenn had to learn to endure, overcome and then excel at life again.  And he did!  Not only did Glenn return to law enforcement for another 14 years, he also became a much sought after professional speaker, an instructor at California State University Northridge and a top-ten nationally ranked wheelchair tennis competitor.  Most importantly, Glenn developed the skills for success that he has been sharing with audiences of professionals since 1989.  Most recently, Glenn produced and was master of ceremonies of the Annual “Festival of Human Abilities,” at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach , California .  10,000 people came to celebrate the abilities of people with disabilities.  In his continuous partnership with NASA, Glenn continues to educate and motivate their EEOC personnel at all of their centers.

Glenn is featured in several “Chicken Soup for the Soul” books, has been on the cover of “Success Magazine”, as a lead article in “Human Resources Executive”, and on every major TV network.  Glenn has received numerous commendations as a law enforcement officer and as a citizen of Ventura County . By overcoming challenges and through his commitment to inspiring and educating others, Glenn is living proof that… ALWAYS THERE IS A WAY !

Boylan A. Kaynyne is a founding member of McIntyre & Associates.  Boylan has dedicated his life to improving lives of people with disabilities.  An individual of few words and an excellent listener, Boylan is considered to be one who takes action.  Boylan has worked closely with his co-presenter, Glenn McIntyre, together they have received numerous accommodations for their training. Always a hit at speaking events Boylan can raise the wroof but is often best remembered for being a good listener.  Boylan and Glenn offer living proof that teamwork is the key to success.  We urge you to come see what all the barking is about and enjoy Boylan A. President and co-founder of McIntyre & Associates, Hellmi Chavez-McIntyre applies skills honed in public service to provide leadership in growing and developing M&A.

Hellmi has co-presented in numerous diversity seminars and workshops to corporations, institutions, local, state and federal agencies.  She has been instrumental in creating the company's customized training and consulting services for that have placed M&A at the forefront of the diversity training field.  She also leads the company's marketing and public relations strategies.

In the final stages of a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature with an emphasis in Multicultural Literature, Hellmi hopes to attend graduate school and major in Humanities with an emphasis in disability.  In 2008, however, she will also pursue a law degree in public policy to fulfill her objective to community service that will enable her to establish a non-profit organization whose mission will be to provide free legal services to low income and minority individuals.

In addition to collaborating on several anthologies, Hellmi has collaborated with Glenn on various HR, Law Enforcement and Hospitality Industry Guide Books to be published at the end of this year.
